Hello I’m Anna, a Counsellor and Psychotherapist trained in the person-centred approach.
At the heart of my work is the belief that the relationship we build together, based on trust, empathy and acceptance, creates room for open and genuine connection.
Therapy will look different for every person. I will adapt and meet you and your individual therapeutic needs in our sessions enabling you to pause, prioritise yourself and work through whatever challenges you are facing.
I work in collaboration with you, always supporting and never directing. You may arrive with a specific issue or experience to explore, or feel stuck, confused and want to make sense of your emotions. With compassion, respect and gentleness I will be alongside you as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
