With over 17 years in practice as a dual-trained Psychotherapist and Coach, I bring a depth of experience and a genuinely integrative approach to supporting individuals, couples, and professionals through some of life’s most significant challenges and transitions.
My work spans counselling and psychotherapy for adults, couples coaching for personal and professional growth, and specialist support for those navigating separation and divorce — including communication, co-parenting, and collaborative dispute resolution. I also offer clinical and coaching supervision for individual practitioners and groups.
My training is integrative, grounded in person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, and informed by a background in nursing and community arts management — which shapes the warmth, creativity, and pragmatism I bring to every client relationship. Advanced specialist training in couple counselling, executive and career coaching, and interdisciplinary collaborative practice means I can meet clients wherever they are, with the right tools for their particular journey.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Case Management Supervision, accredited coaching qualifications, and an M.A. in English and Scottish Literature. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), a Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Association for Coaching, and a Member of the Psychologists Protection Society and ICO.
Whether you are seeking therapy, coaching, or guidance through a major life change, I offer a confidential, compassionate, and professionally grounded space to do that work.
